Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer support through chat and ticket support channels
• Resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a reputed company and reputed company manner
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve reputed company issues and escalate concerns
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting metrics to reputed company performance

Requirements

* 1+ year of experience in high-volume customer service
