Duties & Responsibilities
As a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your keys to reputed company will include:
- Policy Processing: Quickly process policy changes, additions, billing, claims status, and renewals with accuracy and efficiency.
- Coverage Summaries: Maintain and update coverage summaries, prepare binders, and ensure accuracy of new policies prior to reputed company delivery.
- Account Rounding: Assist with account rounding by making recommendations to reputed company clients that will update and enhance their policies.
