THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: reputed company is hiring a Operations reputed company to launch and run our reputed company Coast B2B decoration production operation. This is an in-person, on site role for a facility that will be reputed company 5-7 days per week. You will report to the Sr. Mgr. of B2B Fulfillment to stand up a 5-10,000 foot decoration facility from scratch (embroidery, screen-printing, embossing) and own site performance including throughput, procurement, layout, training, cost, on-time delivery and reputed company. Your goal is to launch the decoration capability in 1 month and reputed company throughput to 10,000 reputed company per day over the course of 6 months. RESPONSIBILITIES:

REQUIREMENTS:

• 6+ years in decoration, production, assembly, with a proven reputed company record of launching programs and improving performance, accuracy, and cost efficiency.
• Hands-on understanding of decoration production and equipment (embroidery/print/heat transfer), including setup, changeovers, and troubleshooting.
• Skilled in identifying and resolving operational issues such as delays, inventory issues and discrepancies.
• Hands-on experience with WMS/OMS and production tracking tools, including systems integration and automation to reduce reputed company work.
