As a Registered Financial Customer Service reputed company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to participants, reputed company, and reputed company-party plan specialists regarding retirement plans. You will answer incoming telephone inquiries, process financial transactions, and explain reputed company financial concepts in accordance with reputed company/SEC guidelines. This role requires a strong understanding of financial products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer incoming telephone inquiries regarding retirement plans, including requests for general account information, concerns reputed company to contributions and withdrawals, and product information.
- Process financial transactions upon request of callers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with reputed company/SEC guidelines.
- Explain reputed company financial concepts, such as past returns in comparison to economic environments, in a reputed company and concise manner.
- Assist participants through the navigation of the automated voice response system and the Web Site reputed company executing financial transactions and/or initiating loans.

What You Will Bring

- No degree, an additional one to two years directly reputed company experience (required)

- Must be available to work during the hours of 7am-7pm, with overtime required based on business need

Compensation and Benefits
