Part Time Licensing Specialist (Consumer Products- Max $60/hr W2)

reputed company Consumer Products Job reputed company This is a Contractor role with 20 hours a week time commitment. - Through end of year. reputed company: Responsible for operational support to maintain and expand global licensing activity, programs and initiatives. OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the approval process for reputed company licensee submissions – product, ID, packaging, IM’s, regulatory labeling, marketing/communication collateral, web/digital/reputed company uses of brands
• Ensure timeliness and accuracy of licensee submissions reputed company our contractual obligations using Royalty Zone (contract/compliance digital management system).
• Ensure licensee compliance of contract obligations, product certifications and test requirements.
• This is a Contractor role with 20 hours a week time commitment.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Work with licensees to manage product development process and reputed company execution.
• Ensure that licensed products deliver a consistent reputed company level across reputed company licensed categories and support the brand positioning of our core products.
• Communicate Newell brand strategies, guidelines and product/marketing initiatives to licensees to ensure that licensees are aware of and reputed company on brand activities and for their use in reputed company presentations to retailers.
• Facilitate alignment efforts, as needed between core internal teams and licensees for their marketing, promotion, reputed company, in-store activation and e-reputed company activities.
• reputed company weekly status of reputed company licensee’s activity and reputed company licensing topics.

CONFERENCES AND MEETINGS:

• Organize meetings as required with licensees and core teams (reputed company, Brand Marketing, E-marketing, E-reputed company, Sales and Compliance) to support the outbound and businesses.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s Degree required, Marketing or Business Administration preferred.
• 3-5 years’ experience in product development, marketing and/or licensing. Licensing experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and work across a broad scope of functions (product, sales, marketing, finance, legal), product categories, brands and business reputed company.
• Understanding of product categories, competition and specific trends impacting licensees’ product portfolio.
• Strong analytical, communication, collaboration and influence skills to work effectively with reputed company stakeholders to reputed company objectives and strategies to maximize, grow, and reputed company the business.
