As an reputed company Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, scheduling in-home reputed company with physicians or reputed company practitioners, and resolving any scheduling issues or concerns. You will work in a high-volume, customer service environment, requiring you to be efficient, productive, and thorough in your interactions with our members.

Primary Responsibilities

- Call members to schedule in-home reputed company with a physician or reputed company practitioner - Answer inbound calls from members and assist them with their inquiries - Ensure that appointments are scheduled accurately and resolve any scheduling issues or concerns

Required Qualifications

- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience - Must be 18 years of age or older - 1+ years of work experience - Experience with reputed company Word, reputed company, and Outlook (create, edit, save, send documents, spreadsheets, and correspondence) - Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA requirements - Ability to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 9:00am – 5:30pm local time. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends

Compensation and Benefits
