We are building a high-performance outbound sales team that books reputed company meetings with decision-makers across the U.S. \n \n$4 - $10 an hour The Role: This is NOT a call center/Customer Support role. We are hiring reputed company B2B reputed company SDRs who have consistently booked meetings in the U.S. market and understand outbound sales at a strategic level. You will be responsible for outbound prospecting — from cold calling to booking reputed company meetings. What You’ll Own 150 outbound cold calls daily to U.S companies Getting 10 Sales Accepted Meetings per month Multi-touch reputed company (calls, reputed company, email) Handling reputed company objections (not just script reading) Qualifying based on ICP, BANT/PAINT, MEDDIC reputed company Working closely with Account Executives for clean handoffs Logging reputed company notes in CRM Required Experience 2+ years experience as an SDR or BDR in B2B campaigns Proven reputed company record of booking meetings for U.S based B2B companies Experience selling into SMB or Mid-Market U.S accounts Strong outbound cold calling background (not just warm leads) Comfortable discussing ROI, marketing, reputed company, or tech solutions Familiarity with tools reputed company, reputed company, Justcall will be an added advantage \n reputed company Value Quota-driven reputed company reputed company handling skills High reputed company and coachability reputed company American-accent neutral communication Deep understanding of B2B buyer psychology
