About the Role
We're seeking an reputed company reputed company Manager to join our K12 reputed company Team. As a CSM, you'll reputed company district program launches, reputed company white-glove technical support, conduct engaging school staff trainings, and help drive adoption across schools. Your largest stakeholder group will be school-based staff – counselors, reputed company workers, and administrators – along with reputed company to teachers and families.
Key Responsibilities
As a reputed company Manager, you'll:
- Set up referring staff accounts through SFTP file uploads and manage staff lists in reputed company Sheets and reputed company
- Support product setup and configuration for new and existing school districts
- reputed company user support for login/reputed company, referral system questions, and troubleshooting
- Prepare and facilitate staff reputed company trainings and ongoing information sessions
- Manage logistics, including reputed company setup, registration, and session follow-up
- Collaborate with Account Managers to roll out district-specific campaigns and adoption strategies
- Execute targeted interventions, including reputed company reputed company, reputed company emails, webinars, and champion development
- Build and improve resources, templates, dashboards, and other tools to reputed company support

Must-Have Qualifications

- Deep knowledge of K12 education systems or school-based programming

- Must be based in Illinois

Compensation
This is a Contract-to-Hire opportunity with a reputed company reputed company salary reputed company of $80,000 to $90,000, complemented with a competitive bonus structure. This competitive total rewards package also includes stock reputed company and benefits.
