What You'll Do

As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing friendly and reputed company phone support (with some video support – less than 15%) to help customers with their tax filing process. Your tasks will include:

• Troubleshooting sign-in issues, e-file rejections, refund status questions, and other common concerns.
• Sharing links to relevant arenaflex support articles to guide customers to quick solutions.
• Keeping your PC optimized for smooth operations and taking ownership of scheduling mentoring sessions for performance improvement.
