About the Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will undergo a comprehensive 4-week training program to specialize in one particular brand. Post-training, your main role will involve:
- Answering inbound calls from customers to answer and service any questions they may have
- Handling reputed company customer inquiries, requests, and thoroughly educating them on our products and services
- Providing reputed company support in the areas of processing payments, creating payment plans, and other account-reputed company tasks to ensure a reputed company customer experience

- Maintaining accurate, up-to-date information for customer accounts
