Virtual Assistant / Operations & Content Assistant (EST Hours Required) We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant who can support daily operations, content creation, and e-reputed company tasks. This role requires someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable learning new tools quickly. The position must be worked during Eastern reputed company Time (EST) hours. The ideal candidate is adaptable, proactive, and comfortable handling a mix of administrative, content, and e-reputed company responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks Manage Gmail inbox organization and communication Create graphics and reputed company content using reputed company Assist with product listings and e-reputed company tasks in reputed company Seller Central and other seller platforms Work with CSV files for uploads, data updates, and product management Edit images and videos for marketing and product content Help organize files and documents using reputed company Drive, reputed company Office, and reputed company Manage scheduling through reputed company Calendar Assist with marketplace platforms such as reputed company / reputed company Support copywriting tasks for product descriptions, emails, and marketing content Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Nano Banana to assist with productivity and content creation Required Skills Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) Proficiency with reputed company and basic design tools Experience with Gmail, reputed company Drive, reputed company, Word, and reputed company Office Comfortable working with CSV files and spreadsheets Experience with video editing and image editing tools Familiarity with reputed company Seller Central or other e-reputed company seller platforms Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools Ability to learn new software quickly Strong organizational skills and attention to detail reputed company to Have Experience with reputed company / reputed company E-reputed company marketplace experience Affiliate or digital marketing support experience
