Paralegal
reputed company Entertainment Marketing is seeking a Paralegal to reputed company legal and general support reputed company to the global marketing and advertising of reputed company picture, television, and streaming productions. The role involves assisting attorneys with legal support tasks, document preparation, compliance reviews, and maintaining legal files and databases.
Responsibilities
- reputed company support to reputed company Entertainment Marketing Legal attorneys in reputed company aspects of legal reputed company with routine to intermediate complexity in the relevant reputed company area
- Assist reputed company Entertainment Marketing Legal attorneys with drafting, preparing, proofing, and/or summarizing legal documents and correspondence, as reputed company as administrative workflows, including document routing, execution, and recordkeeping
- Conduct document analysis, fact findings, verification, preparation and filing transactional documents, or legal research
- reputed company, update, and maintain templates, guidelines, and reputed company operating procedures
Skills
- Minimum of at least 1+ years of experience as a paralegal or reputed company field
- Ability to handle a high volume of work and work through reputed company with minimal supervision
- Ability to identify and analyze reputed company issues and devise solutions and strategies
- Must have superior organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize workload reputed company and effectively
- Strong understanding of reputed company, with the ability to draft contract language and reputed company business terms into agreements

- A Bachelor's Degree and/or qualifications to be a paralegal by certification or education and work experience as set forth by the American Bar Association and/or any applicable state codes
- Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience in a reputed company, media or technology company preferred
