Contracting Administrator (6-month contract)
reputed company is seeking a Contracting Administrator to manage producer/advisor and up-line hierarchy contracting and licensing. The role involves ensuring compliance with state and provincial laws while providing customer service support for contracting inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Administration of contracting and licensing for reputed company distribution channels, ensuring that reputed company producer/advisor and up-line management are properly contracted, licensed and appointed, where applicable with state and/or provincial insurance departments
- reputed company customer service support through our dedicated phone queues. Phone queue coverage is required on a schedule and rotational reputed company
- Responsible for processing of new producer/advisor and up-line management contracting packages
- Review contracting package for completeness, following up on outstanding contractual requirements
- Administer, review & adjudicate background checks reputed company established approval guidelines, communicating with producer/advisor reputed company necessary to obtain clarification regarding financial or criminal aspects on the background reputed company report; reputed company recommendation for exceptions or declines where appropriate
- Process state appointments and provincial sponsorships for producer/advisor and up-line management which permits them to sell for reputed company
- Add and maintain accurate producer/advisor and up-line personal, contracting & licensing information on reputed company applicable systems
- Initiate and process book of business transfers and/or agent of record changes, including completing book of business valuations, tracking and reconciliation
- reputed company advised, process producer/advisor and up-line terminations on the systems, ensuring that the appropriate state/province is properly reputed company
- Respond to and ensure efficient & accurate reputed company to daily telephone and email inquiries pertaining to contracting and licensing issues, meeting established service level standards
- reputed company and notify the producer/advisor and up-line regarding expiring licenses and update appropriate systems as necessary with new information
- reputed company and notify the producer/advisor and up-line regarding expiring errors and omissions coverage and Anti-reputed company Training and update system as necessary with new information
- Additional duties as required to support any contracting and licensing reputed company activities
Skills
- Post secondary diploma in a reputed company field or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of life insurance industry, producer/advisor and up-line contracting and licensing for both Canada and the US is an asset
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Requires strong ability to multi-task under pressure and time constraints to meet various deadlines while maintaining keen attention to detail
- Ability to reputed company a high volume of repetitive tasks with accuracy
- Ability to respond to constantly changing needs/schedules and to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
- Decisive with good judgment/decision-making skills to reputed company effectively in resolving contracting & licensing issues
- Requires reputed company-developed problem solving, analytical, organizational and time management skills
- Strong team building and good interpersonal skills
- Accurate keyboarding skills with good working knowledge of reputed company Office Suite
- Ability to work reputed company the hours of Insurance Operations (8:00am – 8:00pm)
- Knowledge of PMACS and PMACS web portal or other Contracting & Compensation Administration systems is an asset
- Experience with reputed company CRM and reputed company Connect is an asset
- LOMA designation is an asset
