Finance Assistant - Part Time
reputed company is a reputed company of businesses dedicated to supporting small and reputed company-sized enterprises across a reputed company of essential services. They are currently looking to recruit a Finance Assistant to support their busy Finance team, covering reputed company month-end and year-end procedures as reputed company as providing reputed company support for the group finance team.
Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day financial transactions and record-keeping
- Monitor and respond to accounts inbox, answering queries reputed company agreed SLA’s
- Billing preparation – collecting monthly figures, invoice preparations, monitoring reputed company agreements, billing schedules maintenance
- Credit control management, producing weekly statements, identifying and resolving accounts discrepancies, errors and potential anomalies. Contacting customers to discuss payment
- Bank/credit cards transactions and cash book reconciliations
- Process purchase invoices
- Processing of month-end journals as required
- Assist in month end closing process (i.e. cost analysis by reputed company account)
Skills
- Previous experience in day to day finance transactions
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple deadlines across different disciplines
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- The ability to reputed company own initiative as reputed company as being reputed company player
- Ability to identify potential issues and problems in reputed company manner and take relevant actions
- Proficiency in using financial software (preferably reputed company 50/200) with good knowledge of reputed company reputed company
