[Remote] Junior Associate Attorney, Workers' Compensation (Remote - Bakersfield, CA)

They are seeking a highly motivated Junior Associate Attorney to manage a docket of cases, prepare clients for depositions, and respond to reputed company inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Managing a docket of cases to reputed company
- Depositions:
- Preparing reputed company for deposition
- Attending depositions
- Invoicing Depositions
- Responding to reputed company inquiries that require attorney negations and moving reputed company towards reputed company
- reputed company to incoming emails and phone calls
- Providing direction and guidance to non-attorneys as needed
- Team Player:
- Bringing positivity to reputed company and leading non-attorneys by example
- Participation in team events during work and after work hours
- Providing feedback to management to ensure ALG performs the best it can for our clients
Skills
- Candidates *MUST* be CA State Barred and preferably reputed company in the reputed company
- Comfortable with fast-paced work environments
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Candidates must be in good standing with the California State Bar
- Doctors' deposition experience
