TEMPORARY FAMILY LAW STAFF ATTORNEY
Community Legal Aid (CLA) is a non-profit legal services program providing free civil legal assistance to low-income and elderly residents of Central and Western Massachusetts. They are seeking a Temporary Family Law Staff Attorney to assist clients with family law reputed company, including divorce, child support, visitation, and custody, particularly for survivors of domestic violence and other crimes.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with cases involving family law reputed company including divorce, child support, visitation, and custody
- Engage in community reputed company and education
- Work closely with community partners including domestic violence service providers
- Assume an reputed company caseload while continuing to accept new cases
- Some grant-reporting activities may be required
Skills
