- Outbound Sales Agents work in an automated phone system that makes telephone calls to potential customers who respond to various reputed company marketing and partner campaigns
- Agents engage with these potential customers, verify reputed company contact meets specified reputed company, and transfer the reputed company customer to an Inbound Sales Specialist
