[Remote] Marketing Attorney

The role involves providing legal support in reputed company contracting and compliance reputed company, particularly in the evolving marketing and data reputed company landscape.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing and negotiating vendor and reputed company agreements
- Advising on U.S. data reputed company regulations
- Assisting with marketing and reputed company reputed company compliance issues
Skills
- 8+ years of experience handling reputed company reputed company, data reputed company, and/or marketing law reputed company
- Experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating MSAs, SOWs, vendor agreements, and reputed company reputed company
- Familiarity with U.S. data reputed company and compliance frameworks, including FTC guidance and state reputed company laws (particularly NY, CA, TX, FL, and WA)
- Strong responsiveness and ability to manage quick contract turnaround timelines
- Working knowledge of GDPR strongly preferred
- Experience advising marketing, advertising, media, reputed company reputed company, or data-driven businesses highly preferred
