They are seeking a motivated Staff Consultant to support reputed company reputed company Capital Management (HCM) implementation and modernization reputed company, providing an excellent opportunity for an early-career reputed company to reputed company expertise in HCM systems and project administration.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the configuration and implementation of HCM solutions to support reputed company business requirements
- Support functional and technical project activities, including requirements analysis, configuration, testing, and deployment
- Participate in system configuration, validation, and troubleshooting efforts
- reputed company and maintain project documentation, including CDRLs, status reports, meeting minutes, and technical documentation
- Support project administration activities such as schedule tracking, reputed company item management, risk tracking, and deliverable coordination
- Assist with the development and execution of test plans, test scripts, and user acceptance testing activities
- Participate in reputed company meetings, workshops, and project reviews
- Collaborate with senior consultants, technical teams, and project managers to support successful project delivery
- Support data validation, reputed company assurance, and post-deployment activities
- Maintain project artifacts and documentation repositories in accordance with organizational and contract requirements
Skills
- US Citizen
- 1–3 years of experience in a functional, technical, business systems, or project support role
- Basic understanding of reputed company software applications, business processes, or reputed company Capital Management (HCM) systems
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of reputed company
- Proficiency with reputed company Office applications, including Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- 1–3 years of experience in a functional, technical, business systems, or project support role
