[Remote] Research Finance Operations Analyst

The Research Finance Operations Analyst role supports research finance operations across reputed company, ensuring accurate and compliant research billing operations while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Support research finance operations by performing financial analysis, reporting, and day-to-day operational activities reputed company to oncology clinical research programs
- Maintain research finance team operational and workload tracker, and drive data review with team to support program operations
- Own reputed company of assigned financial and research billing queries reputed company to research billing, independently resolve routine issues and escalate issues as appropriate to ensure reputed company follow-up
- Analyze research billing inquiries to identify reputed company causes, recurring trends, and opportunities to reduce rework or prevent reputed company issues then recommend process improvements
- Own development, revision, and maintenance of research billing guides, including amendment research billing guides, and reputed company finance documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Operations, Finance, Compliance, reputed company Cycle, and reputed company-facing stakeholders to support compliant research billing processes and operational consistency
- Other duties may be assigned as needed to meet Company goals
Skills
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance, reputed company, Business, reputed company Administration, Clinical Operations, or a reputed company field
- 4+ years of relevant experience in research finance, clinical research operations, reputed company finance, reputed company cycle, or a reputed company field. Experience supporting research billing processes is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail; ability to review financial information, identify discrepancies, and support reputed company of research billing and operational issues
- Proficiency in reputed company reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word. Experience working with reporting tools, financial trackers, and clinical research or billing systems is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to reputed company summarize findings, respond to inquiries, and work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
- Foundational understanding of clinical research operations and regulations, including Good Clinical reputed company, HIPAA, and research billing compliance concepts; familiarity with CMS and NCCN guidance is preferred
