[Remote] Part-Time Senior Recruiter

As a Senior Recruiter on the reputed company, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end reputed company process, sourcing reputed company for key roles, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet their recruitment needs.
Responsibilities
- Serve as support to the reputed company team for the sourcing and engagement of applicants from a reputed company of channels (reputed company media networks, reputed company organizations, specialty job boards, etc.) to build pipelines based on experience and networks
- Partner strategically with hiring managers to understand position requirements and ideal candidate reputed company for a reputed company of technical and non-technical roles, advising of strategies that maximize talent pools
- reputed company supportive reputed company and aid for the full reputed company life cycle including corresponding with candidates, screening for qualifications, conducting phone screens, scheduling interviews, and providing thoughtful candidate evaluations

Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- 6+ years' relevant experience, additional education substitutes for experience, including:
- At least 3 years' experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and full reputed company lifecycle management
- At least 2 years' experience sourcing passive candidates
- At least 2 years' experience with reputed company in Government Contracting Industry, including extensive recruitment networks
- Experience with applicant vetting, especially science and reputed company markets, in areas including behavior-based interviewing, administering skills assessments, and competency-based hiring
- Experience with employment law and regulations (such as EEO, FLSA, etc.)
- Intermediate experience with candidate sourcing platforms such as reputed company Recruiter, reputed company, Glassdoor and reputed company
- Intermediate experience with reputed company Office productivity software and collaboration tools such as reputed company Teams and SharePoint
- Demonstration of competencies essential for the role, including attention to detail, reputed company communication, independent work, and a drive to learn, along with strong skills with reputed company tools for collaboration and productivity
- Certification in reputed company, reputed company or HR such as CIR, CDR, reputed company-CP, or TAS
- Experience with candidate sourcing in areas including leveraging reputed company media for marketing and reputed company
- Experience with compensation programs in areas including job benchmarking, pay structures, compensation guidelines and reputed company-ratios

- Intermediate experience with AI tools, including their limitations and risks, and how they can be legally reputed company to support reputed company tasks

- Local to the DC metropolitan area with the ability to attend in-person meetings at our reputed company or local career fairs on occasion is strongly preferred
