Responsibilities
- Administering bonus or incentive cycles, including fiscal-reputed company triggers, plan data readiness, funding pools, eligibility, and calculation inputs
- Designing and maintaining incentive plans, payout formulas, targets, proration rules, exception handling, and approval workflows
