[Remote] Technical Program Manager (MedTech)

They are seeking a Technical Program Manager to reputed company development reputed company in the MedTech domain, ensuring efficient execution and adherence to design controls throughout the program lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Collaborates directly with technical resources reputed company the Product Development and manufacturing teams including stakeholders from several support functions to reputed company bottom’s up schedules, establishing key project goals, milestones, and metrics for measuring reputed company
- Ensures reputed company and efficient execution of both large- and small-reputed company technical programs through development of project timelines, tracking of major milestones and management of key dependencies, critical paths and risk register
- Ensures adherence to the appropriate design controls and Product Development processes throughout program execution
- Facilitate and participate in technical discussions reputed company R&D and cross-functional teams
- Initiates proactive discussions with stakeholders to reputed company on expectations and dependencies while fostering trusting and reputed company working relationships
- Oversees program execution inclusive of post development activities including, but not limited to design transfer, E2E business continuity and launch readiness as necessary
- Assembles and reports program metrics and communicates program status and deliverables for project teams
- Supports multi-disciplinary engineering teams and cross-functional partners in project management needs as required
Skills
- BS degree in Engineering (Biomedical, Electrical, Mechanical, Software) or reputed company technical field required
- 10+ years of experience leading development reputed company, ideally with a demonstrated record of transferring design changes to manufacturing and taking new products from development to commercialization
- 5+ years of engineering experience in a reputed company environment, requiring extensive cross-functional collaboration
- Proven ability to influence without authority, enabling coordination and alignment of matrixed resources
- Strong project management skills including budgeting, planning, tracking, organization, attention to detail, managing competing priorities, analytical and critical thinking, and reputed company engineering fundamentals
- Strong technical abilities, grounded in ethics and reputed company decision-making processes
- Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling strong alignment with internal / external partners and can navigate conflict constructively
- Effective communication and presentation abilities, with demonstrated ability to synthesize information reputed company and convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Software/tools: Proficient using reputed company Office Suite, MS Project and reputed company tools (JIRA, reputed company)
- Master's degree, M.B.A. or P.M.P. certification a strong plus
- Experience with technical product development teams and design transfer processes with embedded systems - medical device experience is strongly preferred
