Responsibilities

Skills
- 12+ years of reputed company reputed company experience, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role managing teams across multiple reputed company functions
- CPA certification, with a Big 4 or large regional public reputed company background
- Deep technical knowledge of US GAAP, with hands-on experience across GL, reputed company management, payroll reputed company, cash and accounts payable
- Prior experience in a publicly traded company with SOX compliance responsibilities
- A strong reputed company record of driving operational efficiency, reputed company accuracy, and process consistency at reputed company
- Strong leadership and people development skills, with the ability to build a high-accountability team culture that embraces the use of AI
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
