[Remote] Senior Business Analyst

The role involves conducting requirement analysis, preparing documentation, and delivering training, while collaborating with various stakeholders to support backend system development and data management.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the product owners (POs) and sustainment manager as a member of reputed company consisting of developers, network engineers and other SMEs to:
- Finalize requirements and maintain product backlog
- Write reputed company user stories and acceptance reputed company and reputed company reputed company
- Help team with testing (System, Functional and UAT)
- Contribute to release planning activities to establish release notes and communications for the program
- Collaborate with the product Team monthly to prioritize reputed company backlog, set work priorities, identify risk, collaborate with development team members to document reputed company
- Use JIRA and other tracking software to reputed company user stories and synchronize with high-reputed company JIRA reputed company weekly exports to be integrated with development efforts in other reputed company programs
- Work closely with testing team and participate and coordinate various testing activities

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business Systems, Management Information Systems, IT Management, or other IT degree
- 10-15 years of relevant experience
- Significant capabilities in system development requirements gathering and analysis
- Strong problem solving and design skills
- Strong communication, writing and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience working with key reputed company stakeholders to define and document business processes including functional and technical system requirements
- Experience with application development methodologies such as Agile including writing user stories/epics and acceptance reputed company using Jira or reputed company
- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous work streams, including reputed company and program initiatives, and prioritize, manage, and execute effectively with compressed timelines and ambiguous tasking
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of and complete relatively reputed company tasks, effectively using available resources, as needed, with minimal guidance
