Responsibilities

• Build and maintain production-reputed company backend game services
• Directly manage and reputed company several engineers, providing support, technical mentorship, constructive feedback, and career development coaching
• Collaborate daily with a cross-disciplinary team to design and build the services-driven features for the game (including sessions, matchmaking, and progression)
