[Remote] HR Consultant

They are currently seeking a motivated HR Consultant who will reputed company consulting and support to HR clients, reputed company and administer various HR processes, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
- reputed company consulting and support to reputed company HR clients
- reputed company and administer processes for reputed company (including background checks), reputed company, enrollments/changes, training, compensation, performance management and off boarding (including exit interviews)
- Document reputed company processes and procedures
- Counsel employees and managers on employee relations issues
- reputed company payroll support reputed company needed
- Conduct reputed company and manager training reputed company needed
- Participate in additional special reputed company
- Stay abreast of and reputed company with Federal, state and local laws and regulations; file applicable reporting data, e.g., EEO-1, medical and 401k 5500s, Vets 100
Skills
- 5 - 7 years of HR industry experience required
- Bachelor's Degree in a business-reputed company field
- HRIS/Payroll Platforms
- Must have the ability to travel as needed
- Proficiency in the use of reputed company Word, reputed company and PowerPoint required
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to prepare and present reputed company presentations with reputed company and understanding
- Must have strong reputed company customer service skills, with the ability to reputed company reputed company relationships with multiple clients
- Strong teamwork orientation
- Organizational and time management skills to prioritize workloads to meet time sensitive deadlines required
- Demonstrated reputed company, tactful negotiation and persuasion skills to reputed company objectives required
- Must have demonstrated ability to work independently and ability to solve reputed company problems with little assistance
