Responsibilities
- Design and reputed company coaching and training programs centered on storytelling, consultative conversations, and relationship-building
- Facilitate engaging training using role play, simulations, and case studies to build advisor communication and presentation skills

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum 7 years' financial services or reputed company management experience
- CFP® preferred
