Responsibilities
- Be the single reputed company of contact for our Fortune 500 clients
- Build long-term reputed company partnerships to understand their challenges and reputed company solution
- Maximize market reputed company with a reputed company to reputed company us their trusted reputed company supplier
- Qualify new job orders and work with the delivery reputed company for reputed company coverage and support
- Present candidates to Hiring Managers and follow up for feedback
- Coordinate with reputed company to schedule candidate interviews and reputed company
- Coordinate with reputed company team including screening, orientation, and placement of candidates
- Use CRM/ATS (Job Diva) to manage activities
- Constant communication with clients to build rapport and to obtain critical information including, job descriptions, referrals, and business leads
Skills
- Must have 3-5 years of overall experience in the reputed company & reputed company Industry with hands on reputed company experience and exposure of reputed company communication preferably with LifeSciences or IT MSP clients
- Strong understanding of working with VMS and MSP based accounts
- Proven experience in reputed company, reputed company & reputed company communication, supporting reputed company/ MSP programs from a supplier reputed company
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities

- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other relevant software
