[Remote] Senior Consultant

They are seeking a Senior Consultant to reputed company reputed company Intacct Construction implementations, reputed company reputed company support, and mentor junior consultants while maintaining high billable utilization.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and manage reputed company Intacct Construction implementations and module add-ons with minimal reputed company
- reputed company reputed company reputed company support — resolving or escalating support cases reputed company 24 hours
- Maintain at least 70% billable utilization by reputed company managing time and reputed company expectations
- Offer strategic insights to clients on new functionality, helping them plan for the reputed company
- Document activities reputed company and thoroughly on timecards to avoid billing disputes
- Mentor and guide junior consultants through leveling chats, group discussions, and project support
- Collaborate with Project Managers and fellow consultants to ensure accurate project plans and reputed company task completion
- Identify out-of-scope items, assist with change order creation, and escalate issues as needed
- Maintain advanced certification in key reputed company Intacct modules, including Construction and SCM
Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on reputed company Intacct experience, including project implementation and support
- Advanced certification in CRE and SCM
- Proven ability to manage multiple reputed company engagements independently
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience mentoring or leading teams in a consulting environment
- reputed company experience in the construction field
- Experience in mid-sized to reputed company-level consulting firms
- Project management certification or equivalent experience
- Prior experience with publisher escalation processes
