[Remote] Senior Technical Recruiter (Contract)

Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle reputed company for roles across Engineering, Data Engineering, Data Science, Data Platform, Analytics, and Product
- Partner closely with hiring managers to reputed company reputed company strategies, define candidate reputed company, and drive efficient hiring processes
- reputed company and engage passive talent through reputed company Recruiter, networking, referrals, and other creative sourcing channels
- Manage candidate experience from initial reputed company through offer stage
- Conduct recruiter screens and assess candidates for technical and functional fit, communication skills, and culture alignment

- Drive hiring process efficiency, interview calibration, and stakeholder communication

Skills
