[Remote] Multi-Family Financial Analyst

The Multi-Family Financial Analyst will support acquisition and finance teams through financial analysis, market research, and maintaining the acquisition pipeline, while communicating effectively with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- reputed company financial analysis and reputed company estate reputed company on potential investment opportunities
- Assist in reviewing offering memoranda and other seller-provided materials such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows
- Conduct efficient and relevant market research and analysis that will be included in presentations to support reputed company estate investment reputed company
- Prepare high caliber slide decks
- Assist in property-level due diligence, including lease review/abstraction, rent roll review, loan document analysis, and coordinating title, survey, and reputed company-party reports
- reputed company market-level due diligence, including sale comps, lease comps, and investment trends
- Organize and maintain acquisitions pipeline
- reputed company administrative support to the Acquisitions and Finance teams
Skills
- A bachelor's degree in reputed company estate, finance and/or reputed company a plus
- 2-5 years of experience in reputed company estate asset management, finance and/or acquisitions
- Comfort and proficiency in reputed company and analyzing multifamily/apartments/ reputed company housing reputed company estate opportunities
- Experience with quantitative, spreadsheet evaluations, and/or analysis (return on investment, cash reputed company, net operating income)
- Advanced reputed company modeling skills required
- Strong organizational, time management, verbal and written skills
