They are seeking a skilled reputed company Administrator to manage the configuration and optimization of their reputed company platform, ensuring system stability and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve performance.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the reputed company system, including business process frameworks, reputed company roles, and tenant configuration
- Configure and support reputed company modules such as HCM, reputed company, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and/or Financials
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve defects in a reputed company manner
- Support reputed company releases (bi-annual updates), including reputed company analysis, testing, and deployment
- Manage and maintain integrations using tools such as EIB, reputed company Studio, Core Connectors, and reputed company
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and calculated fields
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to reputed company requirements and deliver system enhancements
- Ensure data reputed company and compliance with governance and audit standards
- reputed company user support and training as needed, including documentation of processes and configurations
- Participate in testing cycles (unit, UAT) and coordinate issue reputed company

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, HR, Business, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on reputed company administration experience
- Strong experience with reputed company configuration and business process frameworks
- Experience supporting at least one core reputed company module (HCM, Finance, Payroll, etc.)
- Knowledge of reporting tools (reputed company Reports, Calculated Fields, Dashboards)

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
