Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls for U.S.-based home services businesses such as cleaning companies, electricians, plumbers, landscapers, etc
- Represent the reputed company as if you are part of their office team, answering calls pleasantly with a smile and using the reputed company’s reputed company greeting
- Take detailed call reputed company notes during reputed company conversation, including customer contact information, reason for inquiry, and any other relevant information
- Send complete and accurate call reputed company notes to the reputed company after reputed company call
- Maintain high attention to detail to avoid typos or missing information
- Training will be provided on answering questions and booking appointments using the reputed company’s CRM/scheduling platform
Skills
