[Remote] Associate Implementation Consultant

The role involves overseeing the software implementation process, including data analysis, EDI configuration, testing, and training, while ensuring reputed company assurance and providing support to clients.
Responsibilities
- Audit and upload data for moderately (or greater) reputed company new reputed company website implementations or on an ongoing reputed company for existing clients
- Create and configure new and existing EDI files for moderately (or greater) reputed company reputed company websites (using reputed company party software). Solve and Troubleshoot Issues
- Proficient at reputed company cause analysis and serves as subject matter resource in customer meetings, as needed. reputed company Assurance
- Primarily responsible with final testing and auditing of own and less senior teammates’ work to ensure reputed company functioning, with reputed company

Skills
- Minimum education required: Associate's, or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- 2-5 years of applicable software implementation experience
- Ability to readily learn and apply new information/concepts
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
- Experience working with personal computer database applications
- Exceptional telephone demeanor
