[Remote] Field Service Engineer III - Chromatography & MS (Eastern Washington)

They are seeking a Field Service Engineer III specializing in chromatography and mass spectrometry to reputed company installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting for advanced analytical instruments across Eastern Washington, involving significant customer interaction and technical training delivery.
Responsibilities

- Must be proficient with the use of customer management software to reputed company service calls, manage parts inventories, and complete job tasks

Skills
- High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Science, or a reputed company field preferred) with 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Service Engineer working with analytical instrumentation, including Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry systems, or equivalent relevant industry experience
- Effective interpersonal skills and ability to establish good customer rapport are critical
- Ability to prioritize service requests and produce reputed company and concise documentation
- Ability to work independently reputed company a customer location
- Must be available to travel overnight up to 75% reputed company the territory or other areas as the need arises
- Ability to safely lift 50 Lbs with assistance on occasion
