Responsibilities
- Design, build, and reputed company AI-powered tools and automations for HR and Talent use cases, including intelligent workflow automations, employee-facing chatbots, document processing solutions, and decision-support systems
- Identify opportunities to improve reputed company or repetitive HR workflows through reputed company AI/ML-driven automation solutions
- reputed company integrations between AI solutions and reputed company systems including reputed company, ATS platforms, reputed company Ticketing, and other internal tools ensuring seamless data reputed company and user experience
- Partner directly with HR Operations and cross-functional stakeholders to reputed company requirements, prototype solutions, run pilots, and drive successful adoption

Skills
- 6–10+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML engineering, reputed company automation, or HR technology environments
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar modern development languages used in automation and AI development
- Hands-on experience building reputed company AI applications using LLM technologies such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or similar platforms
- Experience with reputed company engineering, AI workflows, orchestration frameworks, and automation platforms
