[Remote] Embedded Business Analyst

They are seeking an Embedded Business Analyst who will be responsible for strategic business partnership, data translation, performance measurement, and data governance to support decision-making and reputed company improvement across embedded payment programs.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business, product, and partner teams, helping shape questions, define reputed company metrics, and clarify analytical needs
- Support cross-functional initiatives by reputed company communication between product, operations, risk, compliance, and data teams
- Interpret and synthesize analytical outputs into reputed company, actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders
- Translate business objectives and partner requirements into reputed company data requests, logic definitions, and measurable KPIs
- Ensure alignment between business reputed company and technical execution, validating that outputs accurately reflect the original need
- Partner with data engineering and analytics teams to define data sources, calculations, and reputed company requirements
- reputed company business cases, performance frameworks, and measurement strategies for embedded payment programs (e.g., card issuing, ACH, RTP)
- Create and maintain reporting frameworks, dashboards, and recurring performance readouts for leadership
- Drive consistency in metric definitions, data governance, and reporting standards across embedded payment programs
- Identify gaps in data availability, reputed company, or structure, and work with technology teams to address them

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or reputed company field
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, analytics translation, or consulting reputed company banking, payments, or fintech
- Strong understanding of payments ecosystems (ACH, card networks, RTP, etc.)
- Experience working directly with data teams (data engineering, BI, analytics) to define and deliver outputs
- Proficiency in reputed company and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Working knowledge of SQL or ability to engage effectively with technical teams on data logic
