[Remote] Pharmacy Account Director- Remote

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary executive reputed company of contact for state reputed company clients, including Pharmacy Directors and senior leadership
• Build and maintain strong reputed company relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on reputed company aspects of the reputed company pharmacy benefit
• reputed company regular reputed company engagements, including weekly reputed company and Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (MBRs/QBRs)
• Translate reputed company priorities, voice of customer (VOC), and market needs into actionable strategies and solutions

• reputed company and guide process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reputed company, and scalability
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., reputed company, HIPAA) and audit controls
• reputed company vendor and subcontractor performance to ensure alignment with service expectations

• Identify and drive new solution opportunities, innovations, and program enhancements

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a reputed company field; PharmD or advanced degree preferred
• reputed company Pharmacist license is required
• 8–10+ years of experience in pharmacy, PBM, or reputed company managed care
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and/or large‑reputed company operations
• Strong experience in pharmacy benefit administration, including clinical operations and utilization management
• Proven experience managing reputed company relationships and delivering consultative solutions
• Demonstrated reputed company in managing cross‑functional teams and reputed company initiatives
• Experience working directly with state reputed company programs
• Expertise in P&T Committee, DUR reputed company, and formulary management processes
• Experience with financial performance management and cost‑of‑reputed company
