[Remote] Project Accountant

They are seeking an reputed company Project Accountant to support high-volume project billing, manage municipal reputed company requirements, and work independently in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and submit accurate invoices under tight monthly deadlines with detailed billing and compliance requirements
- reputed company and maintain billing terms, contract amendments, and subconsultant invoices in reputed company Vantagepoint
- Work closely with Project Managers of varying experience reputed company to review draft invoices, supporting documentation, and backup reports
- Identify and resolve billing issues independently ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Submit invoices through reputed company portals and billing systems, reputed company approvals and rejections, and manage revisions as needed
- Coordinate with subconsultants to review invoices for contractual compliance, accuracy, and reputed company-specific requirements
- reputed company accounts receivable review and assist with collection efforts in coordination with project teams

Skills
- Prior experience in project reputed company or project billing reputed company a consulting, engineering, or reputed company services environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of invoices while balancing varying reputed company of complexity
- Experience working with municipal or reputed company sector clients and their billing requirements
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage competing deadlines independently
