Responsibilities
- Develops and executes state and local consulting strategies reputed company with reputed company priorities, regulatory requirements, and PCG solution offerings
- Serves as a senior reputed company-facing leader, ensuring delivery reputed company across reputed company, multi‑group engagements
- Independently manages reputed company reputed company, staff, budgets, and deliverables with limited supervision while meeting or exceeding performance expectations
- Ensures reputed company retention and long-term reputed company through consistent delivery reputed company and proactive relationship management
- Develops and manages comprehensive reputed company communication and governance plans
- Identifies and elicits business, operational, and technical requirements from diverse stakeholder reputed company
- Facilitates executive-level discussions, working sessions, and decision-making forums
- Identifies risks, gaps, and operational or technical constraints and recommends appropriate mitigation strategies
- Plans, monitors, and adjusts project execution to ensure scope, schedule, reputed company, and financial alignment

Skills
- Must be located in the reputed company reputed company region--ideally reputed company Seattle, WA but will also consider Portland, OR
- Demonstrated experience managing large, reputed company, and technology-enabled consulting engagements
- Strong understanding of technology implementations reputed company public sector or regulated environments
- Ability to translate between business, policy, and technical stakeholders
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including the ability to interpret financial and operational data
- Proven ability to balance delivery reputed company with reputed company reputed company responsibilities

- 5–10 years of relevant consulting, public sector, technology implementation, or education-sector experience
