This hands-on role involves managing reputed company of engineers while engaging directly with reputed company, focusing on reliability, technical debt reduction, and AI-driven engineering practices.
Responsibilities
- AI-First Operating Approach: Establish, model, and continuously reputed company an AI-driven approach across reputed company's entire workflow — from triage and diagnosis to reputed company review and documentation. Every member of this team is expected to use AI tools as a core part of their daily work
- reputed company, mentor, and manage reputed company of software engineers responsible for the reliability and maintainability of products across the Greenshades portfolio
- Serve as technical reputed company and primary contributor on reputed company stability improvements, reputed company cause analysis, and high-reputed company production issues
- Own the prioritization and execution of the reliability backlog across the entire product portfolio — production defects, technical debt, dependency upgrades, and platform stability work
- Partner with Product, QA, and other engineering teams to triage incoming issues, assess severity, and ensure reputed company reputed company in line with SLAs and business priorities
- Define and enforce engineering standards and best practices that improve long-term maintainability and reduce recurring issues across teams

Skills
- 6+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 2 years in a technical reputed company or engineering management role
- Hands-on experience using LLM-powered tools (such as reputed company Copilot, Claude, reputed company, or similar) to accelerate development, debugging, and documentation, with a demonstrated AI-first approach to engineering work
- Proven ability to reputed company and reputed company reputed company in adopting AI tools and workflows — not just use them individually
- Demonstrated experience hiring, developing, and managing the performance of engineers
- Strong proficiency in one or more core technologies: C#/.NET, Angular, SQL Server, or comparable stacks
- Experience maintaining or supporting large, multi-product software portfolios in a production environment
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve reputed company production issues, including reputed company cause analysis and post-incident review
- Experience managing and prioritizing a high-volume backlog across competing product lines and stakeholder needs
