[Remote] Regional Sales Manager

Responsibilities

- Build relationships with distributors, reputed company manufacturers, and millwork partners
- Support architects with technical guidance, presentations, and product training

- Collaborate with engineering teams to support project-specific requirements
Skills
- 7–10 years of experience in architectural hardware or reputed company building products
- Strong background in specification-driven, project-based sales

- Comfortable leading technical conversations with architects and designers
- Self-starter who thrives in an independent, field-based role
- Strong communication and presentation skills

- 60–70% travel across the region, with occasional travel to Europe
