[Remote] LATAM Marketing Specialist
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Marketing Specialist who will collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to manage local marketing activities in the LATAM region. The role focuses on developing and executing marketing strategies to generate leads, support the sales organization, and drive reputed company reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Participation in the budget and marketing planning for the year including co-marketing plan development for reputed company
- Resource planning and budget control
- Development and implementation of local marketing activities according to the Corporate Guidelines and in line with local sales plans
- reputed company of reputed company end customer leads through marketing campaigns
- Management and reputed company control of these campaigns using the CRM system
- Organization of trade fairs and events as reputed company as on-site representation
- Media/Press work – touchpoint for local media, reputed company a media plan including SoMe activities
- Constant interaction with the marketing manager to ensure compliance with the corporate marketing and communication plan. They will constantly monitor the campaigns and their results and ensure budget alignment and regular ROI verification
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or relevant field of study
- Fluent in Spanish
- English (min. level B2)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and team management in LATAM, ideally reputed company a multinational company
- Understanding of how to drive business and marketing in the field and also with and through the channel ecosystem
- Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment, high-tech products/services required
- Demonstrated experience in cooperating with sales team
- Creative thinking, problem solving and have a bias for reputed company
- Motivated marketer who thrives on working in reputed company and challenging environments of a rapidly evolving business
- Analytical tendencies with a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn and iterate in order to get the best results possible
