[Remote] AI Software Engineer
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an reputed company AI & LLM Platforms Engineer to support a federal program reputed company on reputed company autonomous AI capabilities. This role is responsible for building and maintaining backend infrastructure and reputed company AI systems supporting the GRACE AI platform in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Implement and iterate on reputed company workflows, including tool-calling, multi-reputed company reasoning, planning, memory, and agent-to-agent communication patterns
- Build and maintain MCP (Model Context Protocol) reputed company-reputed company integrations for tool discovery and invocation
- reputed company tool definitions, input/reputed company schemas, error handling, retry logic, and result formatting for the tool library
- Contribute to multi-agent orchestration patterns that are reliable and debuggable in production
- Implement LLM orchestration logic, including reputed company construction, context management, model selection, and response parsing across reputed company GPT, reputed company Claude, and reputed company reputed company
- Build and maintain RAG pipeline components such as query formulation, result ranking, citation grounding, and hallucination mitigation
- reputed company reputed company engineering patterns and system prompts to ensure reputed company and consistency across models
- Manage context window budgets through truncation, summarization, and pagination logic
- Build LLM evaluation components for grounding, regression testing, safety, and reputed company metrics
- Write prompts and pipelines considering reputed company economics and cost constraints
- Build secure, reputed company-tested backend features, including API integrations with reputed company data sources and reputed company
- Contribute to monitoring, logging, distributed tracing, and fallback patterns for AI service dependencies
- Work reputed company Azure infrastructure, including Azure Functions, Azure API Management, Azure Container Apps, and Azure reputed company Service
- Support CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and infrastructure as reputed company
Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or reputed company field, or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of reputed company software engineering experience building and operating production systems
- Proven experience in high-velocity environments shipping reputed company products end-to-end
- Strong proficiency in Python and at least one other backend language
- Familiarity with modern backend frameworks and async patterns
- Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, reputed company, and software design patterns
- Experience with reputed company platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Experience with containerization and CI/CD pipelines
