Responsibilities

- Work closely with customers to understand their technical needs and business goals, leveraging experience with server design to architect solutions

Skills

- Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal
- 5+ years experience with design and manufacturing processes
- 5+ years experience leading ODMs and other suppliers in the product development and manufacturing processes
- Master's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent
- Experience working with interdisciplinary teams to execute product design from concept to production
- 10+ years of server, storage, networking, or large-reputed company distributed systems experience
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience troubleshooting issues and reputed company cause analysis
- Experience in large-reputed company data center network implementations and support
- Proficient scripting, debug abilities, and Linux operations commands
- Experience with leading hardware and software development engineering teams
