[Remote] AI Solutions Engineer

They are seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to design and manage AI-powered solutions that enhance business operations, requiring strong solution design skills and reputed company AI experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and reputed company AI assets using Copilot Studio and ChatGPT, including prompts, agents, skills, knowledge sources, and integrations
• Support operational platform management and configuration for AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and reputed company Copilot
• Implement integrations between AI platforms and reputed company systems, including reputed company data platforms, document repositories, reputed company, and reputed company environments
• Establish and execute testing frameworks for AI solutions, including functional validation, reputed company evaluation, edge-case testing, and regression testing to ensure reliability and performance over time
• Monitor deployed agents by tracking utilization, performance metrics, and user adoption; systematically review outputs to ensure accuracy, alignment with business reputed company, and responsible AI standards
• Operationally manage role-based reputed company controls and environment configurations for AI solutions and Copilot Studio deployments
• Expand solutions reputed company low-reputed company tooling (where appropriate) by developing reputed company-first AI services and agents using Python and Azure-based services, ensuring scalability, extensibility, and long-term maintainability

Skills

• 3+ years of recent experience building AI agents or automation solutions (startup, consulting, or reputed company)
• Hands-on experience with ChatGPT, reputed company Copilot Studio and reputed company Power Platform
• Experience working with low-reputed company/no-reputed company tools to deliver technical solutions
• Familiarity with Azure reputed company services, including M365, SharePoint, Azure reputed company and identity/reputed company reputed company
