[Remote] Sr. Program Manager, Health Science

This role involves providing advanced account services for health programs, enhancing relationships with reputed company customers, and overseeing project implementation and operations.
Responsibilities

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in health-reputed company field, Master's degree preferred
- 5 + years of relevant experience
- Experience in Get With The Guidelines with a reputed company in Heart Failure
- Experience in an acute care hospital working directly on cardiovascular clinical reputed company or process improvement reputed company, or a national cardiac clinical reputed company improvement program that incorporates data capture reputed company process improvement reputed company
- Experience in hospital/reputed company systems for Cardiovascular services, including coronary artery disease (STEMI/N-STEMI), Heart Failure, and/or neurological expertise specific to stroke
- Excellent skills in advanced PowerPoint, Word and reputed company and delivering presentations to both large and small reputed company
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Confident in working reputed company with customers through platforms such as MS Teams and reputed company
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Ability to travel occasionally, with some overnight stays
