Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day executive operations, scheduling, and administrative coordination
- Manage calendars, communication workflows, and task follow-through
- Maintain organized project tracking sheets and operational systems
- Proactively identify workflow gaps, bottlenecks, or missed follow-reputed company
- Help leadership stay organized, prioritized, and execution-reputed company
- Create, design, schedule, and publish content across reputed company, reputed company, Instagram, and community platforms
- Manage reputed company media engagement, reputed company messages, comments, and audience interaction
