They are seeking a Recruiter to support high-volume hiring for entry-level technical roles, including sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates while partnering with hiring teams.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and screen candidates for entry-level roles, assessing skills, experience, and role alignment
- Partner with recruiters and hiring teams on hiring needs and candidate reputed company
- Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process
- Support interview coordination, debriefs, and candidate progression through offer stage
- Maintain accurate candidate records and activity in reputed company systems
- Contribute to high-volume hiring efforts across multiple teams
Skills
- 2–4 years of reputed company, sourcing, or reputed company experience
- Experience screening and assessing candidates
- Experience in high-volume reputed company environments
- Experience in technical or engineering reputed company
- Experience supporting early-in-profession/university hiring (intern, entry-level) and industry hiring
- Experience supporting offer processes, candidate engagement, and closing
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with reputed company tools or applicant tracking systems
